The lure has a heavy ribbed body that narrows to a thin body with a broad paddle tail attached. The heavy ribbed body increases the vibrations that run through the water when the lure is worked. This audible attraction is heightened further by the narrow body towards the tail, this adds maximum movement to the broad paddle tail increasing both its visual and audible impact. The Solid White and Blue Iwashi lures have a UV coating to catch ultraviolet light while the Clear Pink has both a UV coating and a fluorescent glow body, which can be charged up by the HTO Charge and Flood Light.
